Add bread flour to large bowl, Add 2 Tsp kosher salt to flour
Put 2 Tsp Active Dry Yeast in VERY hot tap water, mix together with a fork making sure it is not clumpy
Add yeast mixture to flour + salt mixture
Mix with wooden spoon gently into a ball
Cover with glass plate for 3 hours, keep in a warm spot
Preheat oven to 450 degrees, put covered dutch oven in for 30 minutes prior to baking
Flour work surface, using a scraper get dough out of original bowl
Fold the edges of dough in adding flour as needed
Put on parchment paper with dusting of flour on top
Once dutch oven has preheated for 30 minutes, add in dough
Cook covered for 30 minutes, remove top and cook uncovered for 10-12 minutes for additional crisp
