What is better than a healthy fresh pressed juice on a warm day!?
This green juice has such a fresh taste and the cilantro and pineapple really make the flavor pop.
What we used is below:
- Spinach (like above few handfuls)
- CilantroGranny
- Smith Apples (2)
- Crushed pineapple (1 can)
- Kiwi (3)
- Green grapes (as many as you have, I used about a cup)
Those are my personal rough measurements, I find whatever you have more of use that. No stress- just roll with it!
I will say be careful with the cilantro because its very easy to go overboard and to make it a little sweeter add more pineapple. Also if you are getting ingredients at the market don’t be afraid of getting extra! Everything juices down to nothing so its definitely safer to have more than end up with not much of a juice.
